The software and its source code are confidential and proprietary. You acknowledge that the software contains trade secrets and proprietary information of AcquiSpeak. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the software and not to disclose any part of it to third parties without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, public display, or public performance of the software is strictly prohibited. You may not use any of our trademarks or trade names without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

AcquiSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
